Buying Spanish Villas

You may ask yourself, how do i purchase a property in Spain, well purchasing your new luxury home with Villa Sales Spain has never been easier, upon your arrival at our spacious offices you will be greeted by one of our bilingual receptionists who will offer you a refreshment and seat you in our client lounging area where you can relax and watch one of our Virtual tours on our flat screen televisions. At your appointment time you will be shown through to meet with one of our experienced sales representatives who will provide you with all of the necessary information that you will require on buying a property here in Southern Spain and also answer in detail any questions that you may have.

Next you will be escorted in one of our 4 x 4 vehicles to our fully furnished show homes to allow you to touch, feel and see all of the items included in our high quality Villas. From here you will then be taken to one of our many developments to view plots that are available for reservation whilst passing our other completed phases giving you the complete picture of our finished developments. When you have decided on your plot and chosen from one of our many luxury designs, you will be able to reserve your chosen plot and Villa for only 6,000 Euros. This part payment of the reservation fee will fix the price of the plot and the Villa ensuring that there is no further price increases and reserve the plot in your name/s. You will be provided with all of the relevant payment and currency exchange information that you will need to carry out your purchase. The next stage will involve paying your full 15% reservation fee which is required one month after the initial 6,000 Euros.

Once signing where you would like to position your Villa and signing the position plan, we will start to construct your luxury Spanish Villa. Upon completion of Sub Floor level you will be required to pay 40% and a further 40% on completion of the Roof Stage level. Finally you will come to our offices on your agreed completion date and pay your final 5% payment before collecting your keys to enter your new home in the sun.
